First find a egg with Sonics head give it enough fruit and you should
get 1 of many things we have gotten a: knight mini series(sega
comics),sonic,some bird guy, the cat from chu chu madness and, that
monkey from feista amigo


so as you can see it is pure luck to get a sonic

There are a few ways to get more emblems, including beating all missions with an "S" rank, collecting every coin and unlocking the whole Egg Gallery.
Play as Bantam Scrambled:
Beat Blizzard Castle Mission 4.
Play as Chick Poacher:
Beat Dino Mountain Mission 4.
Play as Rolly Roll:
Beat Pirate Island Mission 4.

When you collect all the Chick Coins in a level, this egg will become available for one of the missions in that level. When you hatch it, instead of a normal animal coming out it will be a character from a SEGA game.

Instead of trying to beat the egg you roll down the point you have to catch it before it roll off a cliff, roll with the egg by jumping then pressing R while rolling on the tracks.
