ok the book is located on the bottom floor i belive you have to adjust the bird above the
fireplace in order to evern open up the fireplace,,once you go in the fireplace you should
be able to find the book on the table

ok here we go. here is where you get the tome. first you find the fire place with the fake
bird. you move the bird to the last symbol. then the fire place turns into a secret
p***agway. you go through it and you get to an office. the book is on the desk. also after
you get the book,go upstairs to the stained gl*** window, near it is a side table edged
in the crack is an envelope in the envelope is a key to the basement. the basement is
where the blue rune is. you have to use a spell on the key. then you go in there and pick
up the state the go to the well and use the pump arm then you go down the well and defeat
the forsaken ombie type things
