I had to look at a map drawn up on the ign faq to get in the right order, and you won't see any flower when you first go to Leuda, it comes after you do the first 4 steps. Try that ign.com map to get the order,map and answers.

go lynari dessert and find hidden maggle in the south than cast holy on the moggle, the moggle will say. . . hey! why is that for?! cast stop at moggle, it will not for few second, the unknown element hotspot will pop out, put your element into the hotspot, choose to change your element to the unknown element, the element will turn into the super element so if you miss it, it will never come back again. . . but try to be fast!!!

For the lynari desert you guys, to get to the boss, there is a sand whirl pool on the
ledge close to the thunder cactus, and you jump in there. Trust me, YOU WILL NOT DIE. Then
after that head up until you find another whirlpool. head into there, and you will enter
another part of the dungeon. Finish that and you will enter another place with a huge pit.
the boss is in there.

P.S. after you get the unknown element, what does it do to help with status? Like, wind
helps protect against lightning, and earth against petrification. But what does the
unknown element do?
