Well, three, if you haven't already gotten them, are obtained as so.
10,000 Steps: Put a rubber band around the control stick and the... prong... thingy below
it on either side. Leave the game alone for some time, then you'll eventually get 10,000
steps.

Stationary: Just stay still, preferably indoors if I were you :P

Diary: Save 30 times.
