To earn hearts for people you just have to give them things they like everyday and
eventually they will start liking you, No i don't think so i think your child either looks
like you or the husband/wife, idk the last one... sorry! hope i helped a lil! =)

LIKE THE OTHER PEOPLE say, talk to them and give them stuff they like that the best way to
get hearts. in my game in one of my files i am dating alex .all you have to do is give him
herbs. im in my first year he has 6 or 7 hearts .hope i helped u :D
