i kno this sounds like a dumb question but i cant figure out how to save the game, i've been through the manual that came with the game and i cant find it anywhere will someone please help me thanx

okay a bunch of people keep leaving town! idk what to do to get them to come back b/c i know tht for some ppl you need to ship a certain thing to make them come back but why did gwen leave? what im i suppose to ship for her...? many more ppl left and i dont kn...
