To get mascot costumes you have to beat season mode without losing.
(You have to beat the game with whatever teams you want because it
only gives you the mascot of the team you beat the game with.)

Cheats - Alternate uniforms

Start a game in exhibition, quick start, or season mode. Press Start, go to "Options", and set the batting aid to 100%. Continue your game and it should be easier to hit the ball because the batting aid is larger.

Cheats - Bunting Foul

If you bunt foul on strike three, you are called out. However, the out doesn't count toward your total---you have the same amount as you did before you bunted!
