first, go to city trial and set the settings so that high jump is the only stadium course
to appear after time runs out, then enter city trial. once you do that, try to find the
dragoon(pink parts in special red boxes), then find tons and tons of glides and grey
anti-weights around town. then you should at least make1000 points easy, because the
farther you fly upwards with dragoon, the higher your points go up. *note, you have to
hold down on the control stick as you go off the ramp and until you land, otherwise you
will only make around 100 feet.

near the middle of the city, there is a ring close down to the ground. right next to it,
there is an entrance to the underground area. use that as a ramp. flying through it is
very easy and quick and can be done with any machine, so it should only take one try.(
remember, 5 times)

the way i did it was that i chose wheelie scooter.Then you just go to the ramp and then
jump.this is bizzare but then u have to face down to the ground.im not lying 4 this.if
this wont work then keep on trying.it wont work 4 me anymore 4 some reason.

i flew thru the rings, jumped 1000 feet and fleww 1300 feet. u NEED wing star and a whole
bunch of glides. jump of a ramp and try to find 5 rings and go thru them. also use the
same thing on hi jimp and air glide. no need 2 thank

for high jump i got the wing star and aimed for every glide patch i saw.
