Tac is usually found under ground in the city. He has cat ears and looks sort of like a penguin. He carrys a large green sack.

Hes um, blue with a mask and black eyes. He has a giant brown or green bag that covers up
a lot of his body so its hard to see him. Hes chubby (so tottaly different from the
origianal Mario Party games)

he has a green cast all around him,his eyes are yellow, he has rockets,and he carry's a
light brown bag.
