Go up the mountain to where you blow open the dodongos cavern and back flip off the low wall you should land on the ledge then collect the heart piece now you have it before your an adult |

This isn't a hack nor a glitch. It's just a shortcut for an easy heart piece :)
There's about 2-3 more of these kind of things you can find.
