Whenever Phantom Ganon is flying out of a picture wait 2 or 3 seconds and shoot an arrow. After he gets rid of his horse and starts shooting magic ball thingys at you keep hitting the ball with your sword. Keep hitting it until he falls down. Then attack him. Keep doing that until you win! :D
