You have to get the goron tunic, when your an adault, from the kid goron In goron city (the little gorons name is link) you'll see him rolling around keep on throughing bombs at him untill he stops. (you have to time it just right so it hits him) then he'll talk to you and he'll give you the goron tunic (it keeps you from burning in hot places like that.)
