First, you need to know Saria's Song. Then play it. Then Navi will ask if you want to talk to Saria. Answer "No" and Navi will say "Really? Then do you want to talk to me?"

After you beat Water Temple and it's "Dawn", stand on the brown thing and shoot directly at the with the bow & arrow. Then you'll see the arrow coming down.

During the time you are Young Link, did you happen to see "stone with eyes"? Well, there are two things you can do about them:

1. Use the Eye of Truth to seek the secrets.

2. Use a Bomb nearby it and watch it rocketing away.

Go to the Spirit Temple as adult Link. Open one of the chests in the entrance hall. Then go to the temple of time and return to Young Link. Return to the spirit temple and enter it. The chest has still been opened although you never opened it until 7 years later in the game.
