On the wind boss (In ganons tower)(I don't know if works the first time in color) have the hookshot and shoot the tongue when you have the tongue don't hit it walk back a little bit then shoot it again and keep on doing it untill you hit/touch the wall then you can hit him or just keep on shooting it with the hookshot
