To be a corpes you need 2 controllers on any character. go on the first level and get to the crane area, story mode or free play, now get one person in the crane and make the other person stand beside him/her. make sure the crane's claw is as close to it's controller as possible. press A to grab and make the other person walk into the hole. if done correctly, the person who went in the hole will be lifted up again and he'll have no hearts. now drop him on a platform and you can control him. you'll be invincible without the invisibility cheat even on. if you fall in a hole you will regain hearts and no longer be invincible.
