go the the second double score zone in episode 4 chapter 3, bring the landspeeder and go to the post to the right of the billboard.

if you have the emperor(or a sith)when you start chap 1 of movie 4 when you go to the first stormtrooper encounter go back and use the force on the red/black door it is a x2 room wth lots of studs!!!!!!!!!

in the bounty hunter missions do mission 5: Admiral Ackbar you get at <20,000 per time completed but you get more money the faster you do it, can be done in 30 seconds so about 5 times will get you a 100,000

How to get the most (or infinite) studs in Lego Star Wars:
Play Episode III, Chapter 1, Battle Over Coruscant, in Free Mode.
I use the Tie Interceptor because it has the most firepower and best rate of fire. But it
doesn’t really matter which ship you use.
At the very start of the level you are faced with 4 ion cannons on the deck of the star
destroyer. Fly hard right and blast them all as much as possible. This gets you about
40,000 studs. Then crash your ship into the nose of the star destroyer. Its important not
to do this too soon as you want to get as many studs as possible and not too late as
you’ll progress onto the next part of the level. There’s a long regtangular protrusion
near the bow of the ship which I aim for.
Anyway, you lose 2,000 studs for dying and then reset to the beginning of the level.
Repeat this process as much as you want.
I calculated I racked up over a million studs in 1 half-hour session! When you have
1,250,000 studs you can unlock the x2 multiplier, then use that until you can unlock the
x4, x10 etc.
You will never have to worry about studs again! May the force be with you…
