Well it depends on the building ur in, if ur in the tank hanger, there's an elevator on the left side of the cargo door right in front of the tank. Press the Y button on the switch then wait one minute until it comes, and avoid the guards until then, when it comes, go to the right side on the panal then go down on the keys and press B2. If ur talkin abouut the Nuke Building, its on the 2nd floor on the platform overlooking the nukes and the main entrance. Posted: oct 28, 2006 8:28 am Best answer
