I cant complete Kenshi's training. Every time I try to do his telekenetic slam move (which same button combo for Ermac) I just smack the Other Kenshi! Ive tried everydistance & it never works!

Do i have to unlock everybody's fatalities seperatly, i know i had to find Shujinko's. But i don't remember ever finding Lui Kangs or Kabals but they worked for them. Am i just entering them wrong?
