These Are The Characters To Unlock In Adventure Mode Below Have Any Questions Just Post Them And I'll Answer

Unlockable:	How
Ohm	In Crocodile's adventure mode, Get Ohm as your ally in the Jaya area, and win a battle using him
Eneru	In Crocodile's adventure mode, Get Eneru as your ally in the Jaya area, and win a battle using him
Mr.2	In Crocodile's adventure mode, Get Mr. 2 as your ally, and win a battle using him
Mihawk	In Chaser's adventure mode, level him up, and Use His Secret Attack, he will be unlocked.
Nico Robin or Miss Sunday	In Luffy's adventure mode, Get her as your ally at the end, and win a battle using her
Shanks	In Buggy's adventure mode, Get Shanks as your ally and then win a battle using him
Heat Fist Trace	In Buggy's adventure mode, Get him as your ally in Drum Island, then win a battle using him
Zeff	In Chaser's adventure mode, level him up, and Use His Secret Attack, he will be unlocked.

You forgot Kuina. The little girl that looks like Tashigi. You have to level up Kunia to level 15 in Chaser's story mode to unlock her Secret attack. Same goes to Zeff.
