equip 2 power plus's and 2 power plus p's. also use p up d down mario and p. An all or
nothing, and a jumpman with a spike shield. Basically, any badges that boost attack, and
then a defend plus or 2. having some shroom steaks (cook an ultra) helps too. just use
spin jump, and sweet feast if you really need it. A partner like Bobbry or Vivian if they
are double upgraded is ideal.

get really high fp and go to pinta parlor and buy tons of power smash and fp restoing food
equip the most you can before you fight him on flor 99 and do tons of damage per turn
using your partner to restore fp with items!
