When u get the ultra hammer [rogueport] go underground and smash the giant grey block. Then go up the little elevator thing. Then turn left and right there is a chest. Open it and there should be a badge that is called spike shield [or something like it] equip it and whenever you jump on a spiky enemy it won't hurt you.[only works if u jump on spiky ENEMIES]
