Items needed;

A Pokemon with a sleep enducing move

This is what you do;
1.Put the Shadow Pokemon and the Sleep Enducing Pokemon in the front 2 slots of your party
2.Head to Mt. Battle
3.Select 'New Challange'
4.Put the Shadow Pokemon to sleep
5.Call it
6.Repeat until Shadow Gauge is empty

In order to find the mythical bird you must first satisfy 3 conditions:
1. Snag and fully purify all 48 Shadow Pokemon in story mode.
2. Beat all 100 trainers on Mt. Battle in "Story mode".And go to "Battle mode" beat all 100 trainers Mt.Battle again. This can be done in either Single Battle or Double Battle mode. 3. After beating the 100th trainer on Mt. Battle, Ho-oh will show up and will automactically be transported to your PC.
Note: If your PC is full, you will not get Ho-oh and must retry the Mt. Battle challange.

You need to have the master ball and at least two pokemon in battle. When you go into battle against a shadow pokemonhave your first pokemon use the master ball. On the second pokemon's turn go to inventory and switch the master ball to another slot in the bag. Then after you catch the shadow pokemon look in your inventory and the master ball is still there

I'm not joking when I post this. It really works,try it! Have the master ball first in the pokeballs bag. Then, when you're in battle, use the master ball to snag on the first pokemon's turn. On the second pokemon's turn, use the Y button to switch the master ball from first to second. Attack, call, whatever with the second pokemon. After you use the master ball, check your bag. It's still there!(Works with any other type of pokeball too!)

I would recommend that you use the time flutes on strong pokemon. The weak ones such as quilava, croconaw, and others that aren't legendary or powerful, can just be purified fast by either walking around, using scents, day care, or battles. Use the time flute on either Metagross, Tyranitar, or the three ledgenday dogs; Suicune, Entei, and Raikou. (I don't care about spelling.) I'd recommend Entei. I have him as my 3rd strongest pokemon. I have 2 Scizors that I traded that are both level 100.

If you forgot to raise the shadow pokemon earlier, train at MT battle.

If you meet a new pokemon in story mode it will be added into your strategy memo but its highe and other info wont be in there. to get mare info on that pokemon just go to phenac city and go into the school and talk to the teacher on the left side.if you have some pokemon in there but not height and other stuff she will add the info on these pokemon!:)

To get raikiu and suicune and entia u got 2 capture them don't battle them use the ultra ball,net ball,nest ball,& time ball 2 capture them ,the rest use the great ball.

If you havn't found out the thing fawlowing the runer in the first town is a castform

Go against 1 of the guys that has a starter, then lose against him.Then you can fight all the other starters and catch them.
