How to get a typholtionI think you have to go to pheanec city. After the battle in the mayor's house you see guys in different colors if you talk to the guy inthe red suit you will battle and see a quilava. catch it and purify it make it evolve and you've got a typhlosion! mystery troop rosso the red guyin the begining of the game at phenac city when you go there the 2nd time snag quilava from mystery troop rosso the red guy he has quilava then one to his purifying stage and are past the agate village level purify and then at level 36 he will evolve into typhlosion and there you have it.
