to purify lugia you have to get all of the sets in your purify chamber to full tempo, and have lughia in any one of those sets

you must have all of the purification chambers at full tempo then istert lugia into a chamber and he can be purified

those 2 people are right, but not completly. i learned this the hard way, i played the
game again, but when i went 2 purify lugia, i had all tempos to full, but i forgot a very
important part. not only do the tempos have to be full, u hav to have an unpurified
pokemon in every set...except the one yor putting lugia in. do this and lugia will be
ready to purify as soon as you exit the purification chamber. no matter what anyone tells
you this has to be done to purify lugia

get full tempo in all nine chambers tempo is the blue stuff in the box under the shadow
box.

Make it so that all of the nine chambers have 100% Tempo. After that, put him in any
chamber and he will be purified automaticly!

PUT ALL CHAMBER ON FULL TEMPO THEN LUIGA IN ONE THATS ALL

yes, you do have to have all sets to full tempo..but that DemonicKakashi person has
already clarified that just getting them to full tempo is not enough. there are nine sets,
u need 8 shadow pokemon plus lugia, have all tempo's full, and then put yor nine shadow
pokemon (including lugia) in them, then when u exit the editing stage of the purification
chamber, lugia will be ready to purify. then all you have to do is press the "A" button
and yor done :)
im very thankful to DemonicKakashi..they have helped me through many games not just this
one...if u ever need help ask him/her(im not sure which they r)....they have their email
posted on this site in many different game cheat sections....but if u cant find it then
