I jsut did this bit today. once you ogt it taken off you at SS Libra you have to go to the
Key lair. when you see that Thug Zook get beeten and when you beeten him. you would get a
mail from a guy from the OBNS go to him and he'll tell you to go to the outtand.. talk to
the cientist in the corner when you get there and he will ask you to help him purify his
togepi. say yes and he will show you the place where the snagem lair is.. go there and
defeat all snagems and the boss and he'll give you your snag machine back.. have fun =)
btw, what pokemon you using in your party cause you need strong ones lol. im on that iland
were grevil is.. and Greevil is actually that little old man who helped you in Gaten Port

i tried it and it didnt work the onbs guys just kpt saying we have no info on team snagem

to get the snag machine you have to found the S.S.Libra and develope your scooter then
team snagem will get your snag machine later you will findCIPHER key lair then you beat
zook after that you go to ONBS they will say something about a place called outskirt stand
and you'll a guy with pink hair and a scientist called hordel then you'll get a message of
ONBS and you get in team snagem hideout then you just have to go and beat Gonzap, to get
in citadark isle you'll need to beat the admin of CIPHER key lair then you go to gateon
port and you talk to Perr or he's grandfather they will show you the ROBO KYOGRE that will
get you to citadark isle
