you have to get the people at the shop in gation port to work on the kyroge robot and they
will turn it into a boat then you can go to cititark isle or whatever

you go to the place that looks like it has a ball and talk to the person on the high top
floor or i think it's a person that has a desks on the second floor then once you talk to
them it is ether you wait till they locat them or they give you the location right away
and just get good pokemon because team sangim or whatever sees you,you have to battle them
like the other people who wear the sliver clothes I have the game but i never play it in a
while

you get it in the begining of the game in the hq lab
