its a shadow pokemon quite early in the game

Have you arrived at the ONBS buliding after you first met Mirror B. (or as I call him,
"Pokeball Head") If you do that, there will be cipher troops everywhere. Only worry about
the ones in your way to he top of the building(they're the only ones that would have
shadow pokemon)once your at the top, there will be one more cipher troop to defeat before
you go into the room at the top. He should have ralts (usually a male, but i have caught a
female before). just follow what you would usually do to catch shadow pokemon. If you
don't catch it, don't worry. The Mirror Radar would tell you where Mirror B is (which is
usually at a pokespot or either the Pyrite or Regelam Colosseums) and you may try to
capture the shadow pokemon you missed, but beware... I once met up with him too many
times, and I was never able to catch shadow dragonite (which is at the end, he'll be on
top of the light house in Gateon Port)

ok so i want a girl ralts and im curious after th shadow ralts can i catch another one at
a pokespot?

I have tried tp catch a ralts from that but i could not find a shadow ralts.

Dude at a pokespot you dont need a shadow pokemon.
