go to citdark island and catch shawdow lugia. Go back to kranes lab and talk to her. She
will tell you to go battle her friend, named cool kid. He wont tell you his name unless
you beat him. He is really strong. Once you beat him, he will give you a master ball. Go
back to Krane and she will give you 10 pokeballs. Repeat if you want too.
