After you have defeated the Admin with Raiku


You head to the New Colosseum in the desert, and you'll have a chance to fight the Admin
with Entei and be able to catch Entei. Also, after this, you will not be able to catch him
again. Save before fighting, and Entei will still be lvl 40.
