 im at that part when u have 2 type in the word guest and put ur hand on the screen but it wont let me do it.ive done everything they said on the walkthrough but it wont let me do it.i i even saw someone do it but i cant,my buttons were red while the other persons were clear

 How do you unlock Tofu??? I have been trying for days to unlock him I beat 6 scenarios with A ranks on the normal difficulty and I have been saving on the same slot over and over. And everytime I beat Leon's B scenario I keep unlocking EX Battle Mode and the Brad thing keeps coming up?? is that supposed to happen? How do you save to get him? DO I save on different slots? Or the same slot? Thanks!
