 after defeating the regenerators, how do you get ashley out of the locked room? its says i need a key card but i cant find it. i had the key card from before the regenerators but its of no use.

 I beat the game 3 to 4 times. I beat ***ingment Ada. I beat part of mercenaries. I loaded my new game and tried to play a new game, but it gave me no option to play pro mode. WTF. Help.
