I went to the Military Training facility and I needed to put the blue shield looking thing in the spot near the door the spot where Alfred shoots at you and theres fire well umm I found a shield but I cant go back due to the Bio Hazard doors what do I do?

ok. well if you go into the security room where you met chris. theres a switch, flick it
up and then when you get outside, theres that metal door right? well open it up and then 2
zombies will come out and avoid them and grab the brief case behind them and goto your
inventory and click check and examine the top of it and press the button on it. and then
yeah....bring the plate back into the security room and tint it into a gold medal.
