first,you let your chao reincarnate reincarnate twice(you can tell by going to the
doctor)and feed it all 21 animals.theres a list below.then,before it evolves,give it
purple chaos drives with hero characters if you want a hero chao,do it w/ both characters
for a neutral,and dark for a dark chaos chao.ehen it evolves,youll have a chaos flying
chao.

First of all, there is no "fly chaos chao", they're all based on their alliance(hero,
dark, neutral), not types. bettle55 was right w/ the 21 animals after the 2nd evolution,
though, but give it any Chaos Drives durring this time and say bye-bye to your Chaos Chao!

yea he is right you cant make a fly chaos chao you can only make a (dark,neutral,hero) so
dont go around telling people the wrong answers. and plus this is how you really make
it...

first,you have to make your chao reborn twice(goto the doctor and hewill tell you how many
times your chao has reborn)then feed it all 21 animals.i copyed the list from the other
guy.if you want a hero chao,do it only with hero characters,neutral use both hero and dark
and for dark use ONLY dark.
then leave your came on over night but.. turn off your tv.
and when you wake up you will have a Chaos Chao!!!.
After you have reborned it TWICE DONT GIVE IT ANY DRIVES!!!

I am not telling anybody the "wrong answer". I do know that there is no such thing as a
fly chaos chao, but it does specilize in one type. For example, I gave mine mostly fly
chaos drives, so when it evolved, it was fly type. So I am not lying, I'm just answering
in detail
