Unlock All tracks:
In every event earn a Gold Medal.
Unlock Grand Prix Mode:
In Time Attack mode beat the best record.
Quick Start:
Hold Gas + Skid and then release Skid after the countdown.

To activate this cheat, input the following text at the Player Setup screen as a Handle.

Unlock Everything - borkbork

Enter the following phrases as your name before beginning to activate the cheats:

18 Best laps - .lapt18
All driving tests finished - .test9
All meets won - .meet6
Finish Grand Prix Mode - .prix
Respect Points - .prix[number]

Beat the best record in Time Attack mode.
