Go to the options menu then to the cheats screen
and put in the code  SPIDERBYTE . The Green Goblin will
laugh if you entered the code correctly

In any fight against the Green Goblin, you can hang on to his glider just as in the opening FMV sequence. While swinging or on foot, you can either target his glider and press Web Zip or face him and do it manually. This will allow you to hang on to his glider while he flies around. This is difficult and risky at first.

To get the Green Goblin complete the game on superhero difficulty.
An easy way to do this is enter romatis so that when playing the game, press start and at the bottom of the page there is next level click that to proceed to the next level.

To play as Vulture first you have to beat the game Ten times with all of the alternate costumes of Spider-Man.Then on the last level where you fight the Green Goblin You will be Alex Ross Green Goblin.Then you beat the game and watch the ending movie.Instead of Goblin dying it will be Vulture dying.Then you start the game and it says you've unlocked a new costume Start game to see it.As vulture you can fly and shoot those dangerous razor wings and you can fight all of the bosses without them ever attaking you.
(Note:You cannot ever be Spider-Man again if you do this.)Also you have to beat the game with every alternate costume even the secret cheat ones ten times each to get vulture.

Successfully complete the game under the hero or super hero difficulty setting to unlock the Green Goblin costume option at the specials menu. Select that option to play as Harry Osborn in the Green Goblin costume with his weapons in an alternate storyline where he tries to correct the Osborn family's reputation.

Acquire 30000 points in the main game.
