rocket nozzle in Gelato Beach


The rocket nozzle in Gelato Beach is still a hologram, even though I have all the nozzles in Delfino Plaza and I have beaten all 8 of the regular episodes on Gelato beach. I think I have over 90 shines total. What do I have to do to get the hologram to turn into a regular box- I want to get one of the blue coins, but I can only get it using a rocket nozzle. Thanks!
