Rocket Nozzle


All you have to do is get enough shine sprites to unlock the rocket nozzle at Delfino Plaza. Then, go to the Shine Gate behind it, and rocket up to the top. There's a red pipe, and all you have to do is go down the pipe and your there.

yeah, rocket nozzle


unlock rocket nozzle. However, I have gotten there before I unlocked Bianco Hills!
It's hard, but here's what you do.
I don't know when this stops working, but in the beginning, the part of the Shine Gate that has the giant shine on it is dirty, but not slippery. All you have to do is do a back flip aiming for almost the corner of the wall, wall jump away from the gate, so that you're above the ceiling, towards the city side of the Shine Gate, and not above the floor of the Shine Gate, and hover over to the top. It took me way too long to perfect, but it worked.
