classic mode: if you get up to stage 11 in under 15 minutes on normal difficulty or higher you'll fight crazy hand when master hands hp is half (like 150/300) then crazy hand will appear

adventure mode: when you get up 2 the last stage in under 18 minutes you'll fight giga bowser after you beat the giant bowser
