Be yoshi and hit the sandbag with his a down move in the air . (not b down) then you keep doing it intil theres 3 seonds left. you pick up the bat and give the works. you should get damage up to 56though 72. but if your lucky maybe 118. that's my highscore in damage there and the sand bag flew for quite a while.
