have Pokemon Colosseum and either Pokemon ruby or sapphire and transfer lugia onto
Colosseum and complete both ssbm and Pokemon Colosseum and you get her.Her b smash is
lugias wind her up smash is wing attack her down smash is legendary quake and her side
smash is gust.

note:this works i tried it if you don't believe me watch my youtube video in my house on
my game of lugia.
