to play as baby bowser first you have to beat classic mode very hard with three lives no continues and then do the same with adventure and beat all star on very hard no continues and then you beat bowsers target test in less than 30 seconds (it sounds hard but it is not)and you have to do all of it with bowser after you do that yougo to bowser on the character select screen and press down on the d-pad
