To unlock Red The Dragon you must have a Memory Card with Spyro: A Hero's Tail saved up to the Battle with Red. Now you'll have Spyro, defeat Giga Bowser in Adventure Mode with Spyro. Red The Dragon will now challange you. Trust me, this cheat really works.
