this is all of them and the two hardest to get is mewtwo and r.game and watch to get mewtwo pick two characters and on multiplayer go to a placew where no damage will happen to you unplug your contrller and turn off the tv and wait for 24 hours and exit the battle you can know fight mewtwo and if you win you get him and if you lose you have to wait another 24 hours and to get mr.game and watch you have to beat classic or adventure with every single character and the last one you use you fight mr.game and watch and when you have all characters all star mode is unlocked and there is no such ting as debug mode

you can get rachu
in order to get rachu you have to get pichu then keep on putting in coins in the slot machien until you get a thunder stone trophy then go into creul melee with pichu first and pikachu second and kill a small amout of 5.

Your a liar! you can't get riachu! I didn't try what you said but I know you can't you just want to trick people in to doing something not worthwhile for no particular reason. there is no riachu or any other characters that are not on this list: roy
