Basic Needs
First, get to level 70-75 (I know it takes a while), then have Lloyd, Kratos, Persea, and
Raine in your group (If you picked Zelos and not Kratos, use Genis). Now you can have any
equipment you want, but its the skills that are important (Thats why you need to be level
70-75). For titles (in the order of names above) Eternal Swordsman, Battle God, Empty Soul
(gotta kill abbyson, the hardest boss) or Mature Girl, Never Say Never, and Warlock.
Lloyd= B: Demonic Circle, DownB: Sonic Sword Rain, UpB: Rising Falcon, Left/RightB:
Super Sonic Thrust, UpC: Psi Tempest, DownC: Raging Beast.
Kratos= B: Double Demon Fang, UpB: Victory Light Spear, DownB: Judgement,
Left/RightB: Hurricane Thrust, UpC: Highest Level Healing, DownB: Highest Level Earth
Magic.
Raine+Persea=DON'T USE MANUALLY. The only reason I said this is because they have WAY
too many good attacks (or in Raine's case, Healing Spells). TURN OFF PHOTON AND RAY FOR
RAINE ON THE FIRST FIGHT!!!! Light magic doesn't do much against Mithos' first form.
ITEMS
For Items, you need 2 Magic Lens, 20 of ALL THE GELS (even merical gel), 20 Panencea
Bottles, and 20 life bottles. Now, if you don't suck at this game, you might only need 10
or 11 of each. Trust me, when you hit level 100, you only need 5 Tp healing gels. Its easy
at level 100.
The Fight
The fight is really easy. All you have to do is pile at him and watch out for the
following attacks. Absolute: Later in fight, Retribution: Later in fight. Causes status
effects, Indignition: end of fight (for a demo, use Genis because he gets it leter in the
game). After that, get ready for the next fight. He has 5,000 more health, but he doesn't
defend much (Idiot). He uses some of Genis' Level 2 and 3 spells like Gravity Well,
Indignition, Explosion etc. Besides that, He's a pushover. After the fight, watch the
10min. of credits and cuts and stuff and then you sucsesfully beat Tales of Symphonia!
Now, can you do that in a swimsuit (sidequest)?
