How do I get the apples at the first level of the game?

I know I have to throw stones at them but I always throw too low and I dont have any way to really aim. So help please if you can!

Unregistered 0	0 It's easy to aim rocks at random stuff!!! All you have to do is press R and then make the dot in the little half-circle go right on the apples. Then press B. You don't have to jump. If you don't see any dot, it's because you don't have any rocks and you need to get more. If you have rocks, but there is no dot showing up, your game is really messed up.
