How do u beat Level 4 area 2

on level 8 the castle how do i get out of the room with the stone that says "you who are guided by shadows may in turn guide sadows..."?

It's in the Eastern Hyrule region the village of the blue maiden I don't know what to do

The part where i have to get tha bow and arrow for shooting those eyeball buttons is really hard because i don't know how to get past those block things.
