To have a kid get with a girl/ guy and kiss alot of times in a row and tada a carrige pops out of nowehre move it into a room if outdoors and if u neglect it the iss will take it its acctually pretty funny and if d fone rings they will probably ask if u want 2 adopt and say yes and it will b the same gender as ur birth child usually.
