How do I kill James Rutland? I am shooting out all of the bases under the platforms he jumps on, but he still manages to revive by something on top of the platforms. Please help

Killing Rutland

Once you shoot at the detructable part of the platforms use your grapple to pull them down. Once they are all down Rutland is as good as gone
