Earn Rainbow V rank in all levels (stages). Start a new game and choose the same character you earned the Rainbow V ranks with and select them with Z. Super Mode gives the character unlimited VFX.

Charles The Thrid: When he makes a stalagtite fall uppercut it in
to him and he will fall slow punch him. Repeat until dead.

Hulk Davidson: Go near him and when he swings his axe at Joe's
legs jump over it after he does this three times he will start to
charge junp over him and he will hit the wall use slow zoomed in
punches to hit him. Repeat until dead

Gran Bruce: Slow zoomed in punch him when he gets tired after
trying to bite you, When he eats a mine, or when he tries to heal
himself. Repeat until dead.

Another Joe: Run around the room and find him when you do slow
zoomed in punch him. Repeat until dead. When he shoots Joes at you
zoomed in kick until they all blow up.

Alastor: Hit him into the lava and slow zoomed in punch him when
he's in the water. Repeat until dead.

Fire Leo: At the begining of the fight he will be on fire punch a
meteor in mach speed until you are on fire then punch him when he dies
out slow zoomed in punch him until his armor breaks then he will spin
slow down time to avoid his attacks 5 times then slow zoomed in punch
him. Repeat until dead. Fire Leo may seem tough at first but he is
easy once you learn his pattern.

King Blue: Slow zoomed in punch him to kill him. To avoid his
lighting stay still, his missles jump or duck, the ships jump.

Captain Blue: This is the last boss but he isn't that hard defeat
him the way you did to get your power ups.

That's all the bosses this is the easiest way to beat them. Hope this

Red Hot Kick: The downward diagonal kick is both a great leaping attack and a handy way to collect objects in the air. Use it repeatedly on dazed enemies to keep them flying around at ground level, damaging each other.
Air Joe: A leaping punch-and-kick combination, the Air Joe is both handy and stylish. Sometimes a plain old punch or kick in the air keeps you up there for too long. The combo makes you an airborne threat instead.
Sliding: A sliding kick that carries you across the screen, the sliding attack is a great way to link combos. You can attack from a distance and then be in position to smack foes again when they return to earth.
Ukemi: Attacks that knock you off your feet do the most damage, generally, and the Ukemi move heals your pain. As you fall backward, zoom in before you hit the ground. Your damage will decrease and you will come up ready to fight.
VFX Turbo Charger: Arguably the best skill your money can buy, the Turbo Charger doubles the rate at which your VFX Meter refills, keeping you in the action longer. You will wonder how you ever got along without it.
Viewtiful Forever: While dodging an attack in Slow Motion, zoom in. You will strike a pose, radiate energy, and do damage to everyone around you. It burns up a lot of JFX.

V-Rated mode:
Beat the game on Adult.
Play as Alastor:
Beat the V-Rated mode.
Ultra V Rated difficulty:
Beat the V-Rated mode.
Play as Captain Blue:
Beat Ultra V-Rated mode.
Unlimited VFX mode:
Beat the game with a Rainbow V rank for every level. Start a new game and press Z.
Skip FMV:
To skip sequences, press Z.
