first...... you must have a relicanth and and a wailord first and last in your party then you use surf at the rapids next to that town that in literaly on the water then if the rapids take you the right way you can see a cave on the water go into it wait..................... oh! and you will have to use dive to go under water to get to the cave inside the cave their will be brail then go to your computer and google brail alphabet and decode the discription do what it said to do and all three caves will open then in each cave their will be more brail decode all of them do what they say and another opening will come in the cave thengo in them in all three caves and the regi's will be waiting for you
